摘    要:用慢应变速率实验测试了X-42钢在0.5mol/L Na2CO3 1mol/L NaHCO3溶液中的应力腐蚀敏感性,研究了模拟楔形缝隙的存在对X-42钢应力腐蚀开裂敏感性的影响。结果表明,当拉伸试样表面封装有0.1mm楔形缝隙时,X-42钢在0.5mol/L Na2CO3 1mol/L NaHCO3溶液中的应力腐蚀开裂敏感性增大。缝隙内初始应力腐蚀裂纹是沿晶发展的。

Abstract:Slow strain rate tests (SSRT) were used to measure the susceptibility to SCC of pipeline steel API X-42 in 0.5mol/L Na_2CO_3+1mol/L NaHCO_3 solution. The effect of a wedge-shaped crevice on the susceptibility to SCC was also tested. The results showed that the crevice with 0.1mm gab increased the susceptibility to SCC of pipeline steel X-42 steel in carbonate-bicarbonate solution and the initial small cracks propagated along the grain boundaries.
