高温高压H_2S/CO_2环境中镍基合金825的腐蚀行为

摘    要:针对高含硫油气田开发过程中所面临的材料腐蚀问题,采用高温高压哈氏合金反应釜,对镍基合金825在高含量H2S/CO2环境中的腐蚀行为进行了研究,利用SEM、EDS、电化学等手段分析了腐蚀试样的微观形貌和结构特征,探讨了腐蚀机理。结果表明,在高温高压H2S/CO2环境中825合金腐蚀很轻微,其最大腐蚀速率仅为0.068mm/a,应力腐蚀试样表面没有出现裂纹,但有点蚀,点蚀在晶界处形核,表明镍基合金的晶面为其薄弱环节,容易遭到破坏。
