活泼金属表面缓蚀自组装膜研究进展

摘    要:金属表面缓蚀自组装膜技术是近年来发展起来的新型防腐蚀技术,其研究对象已逐渐由惰性金属(金、铂等)转化为常用活性金属及合金材料。本文综述了常用活性金属表面缓蚀自组装膜技术的研究现状,重点介绍了铜、铁、铝等金属材料表面涉及的缓蚀自组装体系,并对该领域研究中存在的主要问题进行了总结。

Abstract:Constructing self-assembled monolayers on metal surfaces for corrosion inhibition is a new kind of anticorrosion method developed in recent years.The research objects changed gradually from inert metals(such as gold and platinum) to common active metals and their alloys.In this paper,the progress in the research of self-assembled monolayers for corrosion inhibition on common active metals is reviewed,with emphasis on the mainly involved assembling systems for Cu,Fe and Al.And the main problems in this field are also summarized.
