割集矩阵在皮带机故障分析中的应用研究

摘    要:根据故障早期不交化方法,提出利用割集矩阵运算导出早期不交化故障分析的新算法,并用C+ + 语言开发了基于Windows 的FTA 应用软件。通过铸造车间用皮带机故障的实例分析,证明新算法运算速度快,软件可靠,能有效降低FTA 的“NP”困难,为FTA 技术在机械系统故障树分析方面提供了一种新的途径。

Abstract:The new computation method has been brought forth by use of cut sets matrix in former non-untersect FTA according to the former non-intersect method,and the application software based on Windows has also been accomplished with C . Through the analysis of strap machine is foundry workshop, it' s running velocity is fast,it' s reliablity is good, and it cal also lower the "NP"difficulty This is a new approach for FTA used in mechanical system.
