割集矩阵在皮带机故障分析中的应用研究

根据故障早期不交化方法，提出利用割集矩阵运算导出早期不交化故障分析的新算法，并用Ｃ＋ ＋ 语言开发了基于Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ 的ＦＴＡ 应用软件。通过铸造车间用皮带机故障的实例分析，证明新算法运算速度快，软件可靠，能有效降低ＦＴＡ 的“ＮＰ”困难，为ＦＴＡ 技术在机械系统故障树分析方面提供了一种新的途径。

Study on the Application of Cut Sets Matrix to Band Conveyor Fault Analsis

The new computation method has been brought forth by use of cut sets matrix in former non-untersect FTA according to the former non-intersect method,and the application software based on Windows has also been accomplished with C . Through the analysis of strap machine is foundry workshop, it' s running velocity is fast,it' s reliablity is good, and it cal also lower the "NP"difficulty This is a new approach for FTA used in mechanical system.
