支座凝固模拟及铸造工艺辅助设计

摘    要:支座铸件大部分缺陷产生于凝固过程,为了准确找出缺陷位置进而合理设计浇冒系统,进行了支座铸件凝固过程数值模拟,找出热量集中的部位,预测出凝固顺序,设计了底注式浇注系统和两个侧冒口,大幅度减少了铸造缺陷,从而优化了铸造工艺,提高了铸件质量。

Abstract:Most defects in the support casting come from the solidification process.For accuratly finding defect location to rationally design pour-riser system,the solidification process was simulated to find the hot spot,predicted solidification sequence.The bottom pouring system and two side risers were designed to greatly reduce casting defects,optimize cast process and improve cast quality.
