铝基飞灰复合材料的断裂力学行为

摘    要:对铝基飞灰复合材料的力学性能进行了研究,并对其拉伸断口形貌进行了扫描电镜观察。研究结果表明,复合材料的抗拉强度高于基体铝合金,随着飞灰含量的增加,复合材料的抗拉强度有所增加,弹性模量变化不大,韧性降低,断裂形态由韧性断口向脆性断口转化。

Abstract:Mechanical behavior of ZL109/fly ash MMCs was studied .And its tensile fractography was observed by means of SEM.The results indicated that with increasing the volume fraction of fly ash particles,the tensile strength of the MMCs was increased while the enlongation was decreased,and elastic modulus had little change.The fracture nature of the MMCs was becoming fragile from ductile with the increasing of the volume fraction of fly ash particles.
