| 摘 要： | 利用正交试验方法，研究了浇注温度，铸件模数，膏块的合金配比厚等等工艺因素对铸渗质量的影响规律。指出影响铸渗层质量的主要因素是浇注温度和膏块的合金配比，合理选用粘结剂，用机械高压成形制取膏块是改善铸渗质量的有效措施。

| Abstract: | The major influenceable elements on the quality of cast infiltration are pouring temperature and mixture of alloy powder briquette.The quality of cast infiltration can be efficiently improred by right choice of binder and putting alloy mixed powder into shaped block by machine under high pressure. |
