冷却方式对铬锰铜合金白口铸铁耐磨性的影响

摘    要:对铬锰铜合金白口铸铁的耐磨性、无磨损端面及磨损端面的微观组织、磨损形貌及硬度进行了试验和分析。铬锰铜合金白口铸铁在经过不同的热处理之后,组织发生了变化。经水冷和空冷的试样具有高耐磨性的重要原因是其在磨损过程中诱发了马氏体相变,出现加工硬化现象。

Abstract:The wearing resistance, microstructure, worn surface morphology and hardness change in wearing end-face and non-wearing end-face of Cr-Mn-Cu alloy white cast iron were tested and analyzed. The microstructure of Cr-Mn-Cu alloy white cast iron changed after different heat treatment. The high wearing resistance of the samples after hydrooooling and air cooling was partially attributed to martensite transformation and work-hardening.
