摘    要:以圆筒形件成形过程为例,采用有限元分析软件MSC.Marc建立了数学仿真模型,对板料变形过程中的应力、应变分布、摩擦的分布以及摩擦系数与板厚的关系进行了分析.结果表明,模拟结果与实际情况相符合,说明用MSC.Marc软件可以正确的模拟板料成形过程,显著地提高计算速度及计算精度,对于CAE技术的工程应用有重要价值.

Abstract:Taking the forming process of a cylindraceous workpiece as an example, using finite element software MSC.Marc, the numerical simulation mode1 was established.The stress and strain distribution, frictional distribution and the relationship between friction coefficient and thickness of plate were analyzed.The result shows that the numerical simulation results accord with the actual circumstance, which means that using the finite element software MSC.Marc may simulate the process of sheet metal stamping correc...
