曲轴热处理残余应力磁弹性法测试研究

摘    要:用磁弹性法对柴油机曲轴热处理残余应力进行了实测。结果表明,调质后其表面残余应力为压应力,经机械加工后其表面残余应力虽有所减小,但仍为压应力,所以原用的中间去应力退火工序可以删除。对取消中间去应力退火后曲轴中频淬火的变形和裂纹情况进行了实测,结果良好。

Abstract:Using magneto-elastic instrument,the heat treatment residual stress of crankshaft was practically measured.The results show that surface residual stress is compressive stress after quenehing.Deformation and crack of crankshaft after elimination of annealing treatment have been practically measured,the effect is good. Hardening and tempering,therefore,elimination of annealing treatment for relieving stress is feasible.
