摘    要:研究了T10钢表面激光熔覆Ni/WC合金时激光功率、扫描速度和离焦量对熔覆层性能的影响,并通过选择合适的水平进行正交试验,得到熔覆层硬度和耐磨性能优良的较优工艺参数.

Abstract:The influences of laser power, scanning speed and off-focus on the properties of layer cladding Ni/WC alloy on the surface of T10 steel were studied. Through choosing the right levels to make the orthogonal experiment, then the laser cladding process parameters which adapt to produce the excellent hardness and surface wear properties of the cladding layer were got.
