基于热力耦合分析的叶片热压回弹预测及控制

摘    要:针对某型号风机叶片的形状特点设计出成形工序,提出一套结合实际制造能力的成形工艺方案。基于热力等多因素耦合在Deform-3D平台上进行数值模拟和工艺优化,深入分析了成形过程的回弹、翘曲及应力、应变分布规律,提出了应对变形回弹的规律的控制措施,由此获得合理的工艺规范,并取得实验验证,从而解决了制造过程中的关键技术难点,为叶片类零件的生产提供了一种实用、高效、经济、可靠的成形工艺。
