摘    要:以侧围外板零件为例,在分析复杂零件用材需求、冲压成形特征以及生产过程中零件报废率和材料性能对应性关系的基础上,深入探讨了零件高应变区域的变形特征和预磷化电镀锌钢板基本力学参数对该零件成形的影响。

Abstract:With the development of modern automobile manufacturing technology and the improvement of the demand to the automobile use,zinc-coated steel sheet has been adopted to the large-scaled auto-bodies more widely.However, there still lie certain cracks in the stamping process of complicate parts for the fluctuating of stamping conditions, material properties and die conditions.By taking the side-frame outer panel for an example, the material requirement of complicate parts,the forming features and the relationship between the reject ratio of part and the mechanical properties during the manufacturing process based on the statistics have been analyzed with discussion on forming features of high stain regions and the effect of mechanical properties of prephosphated electrogalvanised sheet on the stamping process.
