基于知识的冲裁模CAD系统研究与开发

摘    要:对基于知识的板料冲裁工艺与三维模具设计的智能化设计技术进行了系统研究,建立了基于知识的冲裁工艺与模具结构设计模型,研究了动态、柔性的工程设计接口在冲裁模设计系统中的实现。基于I-DEAS软件平台,利用二次开发和过程集成技术,开发了板料冲裁工艺与三维模具设计支持系统,有效提高了冲裁模设计的质量和效率。

Abstract:Research on the intelligent design technology in the knowledge-based sheet metal blanking process design and 3D die structure design has been conducted.The design model method has been proposed to be applied to the establishment of dynamic and flexible interface for engineering design in the CAD system.Based on the method above, the system for sheet metal blanking process and 3D die structure design has been established by the interface technology and process integration technology on the graphic platform of I-DEAS,which is able to raise the efficiency and quality of the design in a great deal under real-time engineering environment.
