| 摘 要： | 本文以CBK型外啮合齿轮泵为例,对常见的6种故障进行原因分析并给出相应的故障排除方法。介绍了齿轮泵的维修方法。通过对已到寿命的齿轮泵进行拆装维修,可延长齿轮泵的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | Taking the CBK external gear pump as an example,the reason analysis has been conducted to six kinds of common fault and the corresponding fault elimination has been put forward.Meanwhile,the maintenance method of gear pump has been introduced.The service life of gear pump can be prolonged by disassembly & maintenance of the gear pump which already approaches the service life. |
