Z型加强筋制作夹具的设计与实施

“Z”型加强筋常用于增加铸造砂芯的强度,其制作规范、制作效率难于把握,手工制作其形状不一,效率低下。本文通过设计一种专用夹具来使“Z”型加强筋制作规范化,并且通过专用夹具使“Z”型加强筋制作效率快速提高,降低操作者劳动强度,保障制作过程安全,满足客户大批量使用需求。

Design and Implementation of the Z- type Reinforcing Rib Manufacturing Fixture

The Z-type reinforcing bar is often used to increase the strength of the cast sand core,but its production specification and production efficiency are difficult to grasp,the shape of manual production is different and the production efficiency is also low.In this paper,a special equipment is designed to standardize the production of Z-type reinforcing rib,which rapidly improves its production efficiency,reduces the labor intensity of operators,ensures the safety of the production process,and meets the needs of customers for mass use.
