固溶处理对双相不锈钢组织性能的影响

摘    要:研究对比了一种铁素体-奥氏体双相不锈钢铸态和1050℃固溶处理后的组织与性能。对固溶处理前后δ-铁素体,γ-奥氏体及σ相形貌、成分及拉伸断口形态进行了研究与分析。实验结果表明:试验用双相不锈钢的铸态组织为γ-奥氏体、δ-铁素体和σ相;经1050℃固溶处理后σ相溶解,塑性指标较铸态时有所升高,其中屈服强度与断面收缩率升高较明显。

Abstract:This paper has researched and compared the microstructure and properties of a ferritic-austenitic duplex stainless steel under casting and after 1050 °C solution treatment.And it also researched and analyzed the microstructure morphology,composition and tensile fracture morphology of δ-ferrite,γ-austenite and σ phase before and after the solution treatment.Test results show that the as cast microstructures of the tested duplex stainless steel are γ-austenitic,δ-ferrite and σ phase,and σ phase is dissolved after 1050 ℃ solution treatment,and the plasticity index is higher than that of as cast,and the yield strength and area reduction increase obviously.
