| 摘 要： | 用ANSYS软件建立某搅拌车主、副车架的实体模型，并进行静力分析和模态分析，得到其应力、应变分布情况和固有频率及振型特征。据此对车架结构参数进行修正，为车架的优化设计及进一步的实验与研究提供了有效的依据。

| Abstract: | The physical model of the main frame and sub-frame of one certain agitating lorry is established by ANSYS software, meanwhile static force analysis and modal analysis have been conducted, further stress, stress distribution, and natural frequency as well as vibration mode have been obtained. The structural parameters of the lorry frame have been corrected based on the above information, which has provided effective basis for the optimization design and further experiment ＆ research of the lorry frame. |
