超高强梁类零件凸包的辊冲成形工艺分析

摘    要:针对超高强钢梁类零件的凸包特征,基于ABAQUS仿真平台建立了凸包辊冲成形仿真分析模型,对不同圆角半径的凸包进行辊冲成形分析。结果表明,辊冲可安全成形凸包,当凸包的圆角半径增大时,其辊冲成形最大Mises应力和最大应变、最大减薄率均减小,凸包最小安全成形圆角半径R为6mm。

Abstract:Aiming at the convex hull on the ultra-high strength beam part, a simulation analysis model of roll-stamping process was established based on the ABAQUS simulation platform. The analysis of roll-stamping process was carried out for the convex hull with different fillet radius. The results showed that the roll-stamping process could safely form the convex hull. When the fillet radius of the convex hull was increased, the maximum Mises stress and the maximum strain and the maximum thinning rate in the roll-stamping process were decreased, and the minimum safe forming radius of the convex hull was R6 mm.
