摘    要:从分析接插件冲压工艺出发,进而设计排样方案,确定模具结构,论述了冲模的设计过程。介绍了模具关键部位的结构设计,浮动导料板、斜楔驱动滑动式凹模弯曲成形机构、侧臂冲肋及小弯曲机构及头部U形弯曲结构等。

Abstract:On the basis of analysis of the stamping process for a socket connector,a blank layout program and a stamping die for the forming were developed.Structural design of the key die parts were presented in detail,which covers the floating guide plate,sliding bend forming mechanism of die driven by cam driver,side stamping rib,small bending mechanism and U-shaped bend structure of the socket connector head.
