| Abstract: | Some common defects in injection molding, such as crazing, short filling, crinkling deformation and overflowing, were indicated. The causes of formation of every factor that influences the plastic products quality, including the process of injection molding, design of the mould and product, were analyzed and then the solutions were put forward. |
