| 摘 要： | 通过建立知识库,形成推理机,提出了一种基于知识的热流道结构设计方法,并依此开发了辅助设计系统。该系统采用功能模块化进行浇口结构设计、流道板结构设计和喷嘴结构设计,在一模多腔饮料瓶盖注射模设计中得到成功应用。 |

| Abstract: | Through building a knowledge base and forming the ratiocination mechanism,a method for design of the hot runner structure based on knowledge is proposed.And based on this,an aided design system has been developed.It uses function modules to design the gate structure,runner plate structure and nozzle structure.The system has been successfully used to design the mulˉti-cavity injection moulds for plastic beverage bottle lids. |
