摘    要:当带孔的塑件由侧抽型芯和动模型芯配合成型时,侧抽型芯与动模的相对运动造成模具零件磨损,导致生产的塑件不合格,设计了防止型芯滑动磨损的浮动镶件,避免了模具零件的磨损。

Abstract:When a plastic part with holes was moulded by the side core and the core in the moving half of mould,the mould parts were worn out due to the relative movement of the side core and the moving half of mould,resulting in the production of plastic parts unqualified.Therefore,a floating insert was designed to prevent sliding wear of core,which effectively avoided wearing the mould parts.
