数控刨床编程中“刀具半径补偿”计算的研究

摘    要:针对刨床数控改造中工件外轮廓型线采用小直线段近似逼近及通常采用半圆弧刀具加工的做法,提出了一种数控编程中“刀具半径补偿”的简化的无需预览的在线计算方法:在获知当前逼近直线段起点与终点的情况下,即可计算出加工刀具当前的中心点;在给出计算方法的同时,讨论并说明了该方法对要求的加工精度没有影响.实践使用,该方法只要占用很少的数控装置资源,简单易行.
