摘    要:针对数控布带缠绕机的工作环境恶劣,外界对张力控制系统的随机干扰严重,文章提出了利用统计理论计算更高精度的滤波值,但是该方法把无效的采样值也参与运算,这样既影响了速度,又影响了精度;因此,通过分析干扰信号的频率范围,选定数据采样的周期,提出了概率分析滤波方法,首先分析采样值的有效性,然后才采用统计滤波,得到滤波值.实验证明:这种滤波算法速度快,结合统计滤波方法就可以实现高精度滤波,可广泛应用到工业控制中.尤其针对采集信号中的白噪声随机干扰效果明显.

Abstract:Because the numerical control cloth tape winding machine work under bad environment and the random interference to the control system of tension of external world is serious, this paper has proposed utilizing the statistical theory to calculate high accuracy value, but this method participates in invalid sampled value operation, has influenced the speed and precision; So, through analysing the frequency range of the interfering signal, select the sampling cycle, this paper put forward probability analysis method, analyse the validity of sampled value at first, then adopt statistical theory to calculate accuracy value. The experiment proving: This kind digital filter method is fast, combined with statistical method can realize high accuracy filter, and can apply to industrial control extensively. This method aims at the white noise and random disturb in collection signal especially and the effect is obvious.
