| 摘 要： | 功能模块划分是模块化设计的前提与基础,本文分析、总结了现有模块划分方法,建立了产品功能模块划分过程模型,阐述了用户需求获取、确定功能等关键过程,重点研究了以功能分解为基础、综合考虑功能相关、物理相关、时间相关、装配相关等相关准则的功能模块划分方法.最后对该方法的理论、实际价值进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | Function module partition is basis of modular design. After surveying the representations of module partition, this paper builds process model of function module partition and introduces the key processes such as acquiring customer demands, confirming function etc, and then empathetically researches method of function module partition based on function analysis and syntheticaly considering function mutuality, physics mutuality, time mutuality, and assembly mutuality. At last, the paper discusses academic and engineering value of this method. |
