摘    要:金刚石圆盘锯已成为目前切割花岗石的最主要工具,对锯切过程进行深入地研究对于降低加工成本和提高加工效率有着非常重要的意义,能量消耗对所有加工过程都起着重要的作用,本文着重围绕在不同的加工参数下锯切花岗石时主轴电机消耗功率的变化情况,并结合比能u与单颗金刚石磨粒最大切削厚度hmax的对应关系对花岗石锯切过程中的能量特征进行量化研究。

Abstract:Circular diamond sawblades have been extensively used as cutting tools in granite machining processes. Therefore, further research on sawing process is significant to reduce production cost and increase machining efficiency. Energy consumption plays an important role in all types of machining processes, including sawing. This paper is concentrated on the variety of the power consumed by the spindle motor under a relatively wide range of process parameters. The energy characteristic during the sawing process of granite was investigated quantitatively over the relation between the specific energy (u) and the maximum thickness of the undeformed chip produced by a diamond grain (hmax).
