金刚石干切圆锯片的热应力分析

摘    要:本文建立了金刚石干切圆锯片的热应力分析模型,采用有限元的方法对在圆盘基体上开空冷槽孔的金刚石干切圆锯片,以槽的宽度、槽孔方位角(槽孔与弦线之间的夹角)、槽的位置(槽孔圆心与锯片中心的距离)、槽的个数及槽的长度等结构参数为试验因素,进行热应力的计算,探讨各种结构参数对锯片结构热应力及变形的影响。分析结果表明,在相同载荷作用下,开有空冷槽孔的锯片平均温度降低约35%;切向变形比普通锯片小30%以上,径向、轴向变形大部分小35%以上。合理结构的开空冷槽孔锯片能明显降低锯片的平均温度与变形。

Abstract:The thermal stress analysis model for dry cutting saw blades with cooling grooves on the saw core is established.The effects of width,number,length,directional angle and position of the grooves are discussed,and the influences of structural parameters on the stress and deformation of the saw blade are also analyzed.The ANSYS analysis results showed that under the same load with no-groove saw blade,the average temperature of saw blades with cooling grooves was reduced by approximately 35%;the tangent direction deformation was reduced by 30% and the shaft-line direction deformation decreased by 35%.
