青岛海湾大桥钢箱梁腐蚀后的安全性分析

摘    要:基于青岛海域环境现有钢结构材料腐蚀数据和涂层破坏数据开展钢箱梁耐腐蚀寿命分析,并结合钢箱梁的受力状态分析,研究钢箱梁腐蚀后的安全性。结果表明,桥梁运营50 a后,钢箱梁的上下缘应力值均在容许范围内,即使再考虑钢箱梁的第二、三体系的应力值(合计约50 MPa),也满足相关规定要求。

Abstract:Based on exposure corrosion test data of steel materials and coatings in Qingdao marine environment, the corrosion of Qingdao bay bridge was predicted.Combined with analysis of stress state,the safety performance of corroded steel box beam was analyzed.The results showed that the stress value of steel box beam upper and lower edge were all within allowable range using for 50 years.Even if considered stress values of the second and the third states(approximately 50 MPa),the safety performance of steel box beam also met relevant requirements.
