摘    要:简介了安阳钢铁集团有限责任公司无缝钢管厂Q1114高效切管机组改造的成功经验。改造后的该机组运转率显著提高 ,操作简便、灵活、易掌握 ,为国内同类型机组及Q1118型高效切管机组改造提供了一种可行性思路。

Abstract:The co-authors brief the experience of successful modification of the Q1114 high-efficiency tube cut-off machine installed at the Seamless Steel Tube Plant,Anyang I &S Group Co.,Ltd. Operational practice shows that the modified machine is capable of high running efficiency,easy operation and high flexibility.The said modification is a good reference for possible modifications of similar home-made cut-off machines and the Q1118 high-efficiency cut-off machine as well.
