H96薄壁矩形管绕弯回弹过程的应力应变分析

摘    要:薄壁矩形管是广泛应用于雷达、无线电通讯等系统中的关键部件,回弹是影响其成形精度的主要因素之一。回弹的大小取决于弯曲结束时管材内部的应力应变状态。本文采用有限元数值模拟与试验相结合的方法研究了H96薄壁矩形管绕弯和回弹过程管材的应力应变分布及变化规律。研究发现,抽芯和回弹后,管材的应力明显减小,而应变几乎不发生改变,表明抽芯有利于减小回弹。

Abstract:Thin-wall rectangular tube is a key component widely used in the field of radar and radio communication system.Springback is one of the main factors affecting the forming precision of thin-wall rectangular tube in rotary-bending process.The springback of thin-wall rectangular tube is decided by the final stress-strain state of tube.Therefore,the stress-strain distribution laws of the bending part in the process of bending were studied using the finite element simulation method combined with experiment.The results show that the stress decreases obviously after retracting mandrel and springback,while the strain of the tube is nearly not changed.And it’s found that the process of retracting mandrel is beneficial to decreasing the springback.
