摘    要:钢背/碳织物增强复合材料衬层传动螺母是一种创新型传动元件,它兼有高的传动效率和大的承载能力。为测量其工作性能,构建了伺服电机驱动的新型螺旋精压机,建立了一套传动效率和摩擦系数的"电流-压力"测试法:即根据测量的驱动电流和输出压力来推算出螺旋副工作效率和摩擦系数。对630 k N新型螺母和青铜(ZCu Sn10Pb1)螺母进行了对比试验。试验结果表明,与青铜合金螺母相比,新型螺母具有更高的传动效率和承载能力,性能更优;重载下,新型螺母摩擦系数下降了21.2%,传动效率则提高了10.6%。

Working performance tests of transmission nut with structure of steel backing/carbon fabric reinforced composite lining
Abstract:The transmission nut with structure of steel backing/carbon fabric reinforced composite lining is an innovative transmission component with both high transmission efficiency and carrying capacity.In order to test its working performances,a new screw coming press driven by servo motor was designed and manufactured,and a testing method of " current-pressure" was established to measure the transmission efficiency and friction coefficient,which were calculated according to the driving current and the output pressure.The contrast tests of composite material nut and bronze nut ZCuSn10Pb1 were conducted.The results show that the new type of nut is of higher transmission efficiency and carrying capacity,and better performance than that of the bronze nut.Therefore,under the overload,the friction coefficient of the composite nut decreases by 21.2% and the transmission efficiency increases by 10.6%.
