摘    要:为了探索板料增量拉深成形的特点和规律,设计了增量拉深成形轨迹,用Deform-3D模拟软件,对盒形件增量拉深过程进行了数值模拟,分析了凹模圆角半径和凸模进给速度对成形件质量的影响,获得了成形过程中的等效应力和等效应变;并设计了具有双向调节机构的增量拉深模,在Gleeble1500D热模拟试验机上进行了工艺试验验证.结果...

Abstract:In order to explore characteristics and laws of the sheet incremental deep drawing,the track of incremental deep drawing was designed and the incremental deep drawing simulation of box was carried out by Deform-3D,then the effects of die radius and punch speed on the formed parts quality were analyzed.The effective stress and effective strain of the forming process were obtained.Finally incremental drawing die with two-way adjusting mechanism was designed and the engineer testing process was proceeded in the Gleeble 1500D heat imitating machine.Results indicate that a high-quality formed part is got if die corner radius is 1.5 mm and punch feed rate is 2.5 mm·s-1;the effective stress and strain of the box increase with the increase of deformation degree,maximum stress and minimum thickness of the thinning occur in the tangent position between straight section of tube wall and punch corner of box,where the parts are easy to be broken.
