| Abstract: | The forging lifting rotary table is used to realize U-turn forging when breaking and forging axial parts in forging workshop,which is equipped with straight moving type forging manipulator,and placed in operation between the machine and forging manipulator.The device can realize forgings of Φ300-Φ2600 mm in diameter and 30-180 t in weight with 360° rotation at any angles.The whole frame,horizontal and vertical disc spring group,wheel-oriented hydraulic cylinder hinged were used in the device,which can maximum buffer the impact form forgings,ensure its stability and extend the service life greatly. |
