摘    要:盘类件是机械加工中常见的零件之一,随着现代经济的高速发展,塑性成形技术在盘类零件加工中的应用也越来越广泛.针对复杂盘类件在塑性成形过程中变形力较大这个关键问题,分析了近几年发展起来的能有效降低变形过程中成形力的方法和工艺,为使用小吨位设备成形大的复杂盘类件提供借鉴,为其它复杂类零件在成形过程中如何省力提供思路.

Abstract:The complex disc component is one of the common machining parts.With the rapidly development of modern economy,the plastic forming technology in the complex disc components is applied widely.Aiming at the question of big deformation force during plastic forming for the complex disc components,several methods and processes for reducing the deformation force effectively during plastic forming process in recent years were summarized,which not only can provide technical guidance for forming large and complex disc components with smaller equipment,but also can provide ideas for realizing less-loading forming during forming process of other complex disc components.
