摘    要:针对钛合金板材弯曲过程中的质量问题,尤其是回弹问题,提出了在弯曲过程中对凹模叠加一定方向、一定频率和振幅的超声振动辅助弯曲方法,选择受回弹影响较大的TC1钛合金板材进行了V型弯曲过程的研究。分析了超声振动频率、振幅、振动时间等对TC1钛合金板材弯曲力、弯曲回弹量的影响规律。研究结果表明,TC1钛合金板材在V型弯曲过程中叠加一定频率、振幅及振动时间的超声振动,可以有效降低板材的弯曲力,减小弯曲后的试件回弹量,从而有效地提高了钛合金板材的弯曲性能,同时验证了超声振动对于提高TC1钛合金板材弯曲成形性能的可行性。

Abstract:For the quality problem in the titanium alloy sheet bending process, especially springback, an ultrasonic vibration assisted ben-ding method was proposed by superimposing the ultrasonic vibration with a certain direction, a certain frequency and amplitude to the die in the bending process, and the V-bending process of titanium alloy TC1 sheet was studied, which is greatly affected by springback. Then, the influences of ultrasonic vibration frequency, amplitude and vibration time on bending force and springback of titanium alloy TC1 sheet were analyzed. The results show that the titanium alloy TC1 sheet superimposed the ultrasonic vibration with a certain frequency, amplitude and vibration time in the V-bending process can effectively reduce bending force and specimen springback, and the bending per-formance of titanium alloy sheet is effectively improved. Thus, the feasibility of ultrasonic vibration to improve the bending performance of titanium alloy sheet is also verified.
