铝合金电子束焊接特征区域特征参数的确定

摘    要:根据电子束焊接过程的特点,建立了一套无辅助光源图像传感系统,采集了铝合金电子束焊接过程图像;设计了铝合金电子束焊接过程图像处理算法,提取出了预先定义的图像特征区域参数,并对提取出的原始数据进行了低通滤波,得到整个焊接过程的特征参数分布曲线;计算丁特征参数FL(前长)和W(宽)的比值,并对二者进行了相关性分析。研究结果表明,铝合金电子束焊接过程中FL和W的变化规律基本相同,在表征特征区域前半部分对,可以选择FL和W中的任一个。

Abstract:An image sensing system without auxiliary light was es-tablished according to the characteristic of electron beam welding.Images during the electron beam welding of an aluminum alloy were acquired.With the image-processing algorithm designed,the original characteristic parameters of the feature zone defined previously were extracted.Then,the distribution curves of the characteristic parameters the front half of the length(FL)and the width(W)were obtained by low-pass filtering.Itshowed that the variation of FL was the same as that of W by calculatingthe ratio of FL to W and carrying out the correlation analysis was of FLand W.Either FL or W was alternatively determined to describe the fronthalf ofthe feature zone.
