摘    要:根据潜艇耐压壳焊接工艺制作了模拟焊接试板,并根据爆炸消除焊接残余应力基本原理和国内外实践经验,设计了爆炸消除模拟焊接试板残余应力的工艺,进行了爆炸消除921A钢焊接残余应力试验研究。结果表明,单、双面布药爆炸处理消除焊接残余应力,均能有效调整、消除焊接残余应力,使残余应力分布明显均匀化;接触爆炸处理效果优于非接触爆炸处理效果;爆炸冲击波的作用效果优于反射拉伸波作用;双面爆炸处理效果优于单面爆炸处理效果。

Abstract:Specimen was designed to simulate the weld of submarine pressure hull according to its welding procedurne, and the explosive procedune was designed to relieve welding residual stress of the specimen according to the basic principle and the experience of welding residual stress relieving by using explosive method.Experimental research on welding residual stress relieving of steel 921A was carried out. The results show that explosive relieving both on one side and on double sides can regulate and relieve residual stress. The distribution of the residual stress is more regular, and the relieving effect of contact explosion is better than non-contact explosion, explosion wave is better than the bouncing rarefaction wave. Explosion on double sides is better than on one side.
