旋转电弧传感焊炬空间姿态与仿真分析

摘    要:为了使得旋转电弧传感焊炬便于在狭小空间进行焊接作业,焊炬空间姿态信息分析及识别处理研究必不可少. 通过建立焊炬高度数学模型,分析在不同焊炬跟踪角、焊炬工作角、焊炬行走角、焊缝左右横向偏差、坡口夹角的情况下焊炬高度变化关系及对焊缝偏差提取精度的影响. 仿真结果表明,对于偏差识别精度,焊炬工作角影响最大,其它均在合理范围之内. 但在焊炬空间姿态均有所变化时,偏差识别精度不稳定. 基于此为焊炬空间姿态信息合理解耦和精确识别提供了理论依据.

Abstract:For that rotating arc sensor welding torch can be convenient for welding operations in narrow space, research on welding torch spatial attitude analysis and identification is essential. The mathematical models of welding torch height is established, and then welding torch height variation and its effects on weld seam deviation extraction accuracy are analyzed under the different welding torch tracking angles, welding torch working angles, welding torch traveling angles, weld seam deviations and groove angles. Simulation results show that welding torch working angle influences the greatest on weld seam deviation identification accuracy, the others are within a reasonable range. However, the weld seam deviation recognition accuracy is not stable with variation from welding torch spatial attitude. The above provides a theoretical basis for decoupling reasonably and indentifying precise exactly.
