| 摘 要： | 介绍了激光切割实时监测的系统组成，着重进行硬件和软件部分的设计，硬件主要进行采集中的光电系统设计，采用LabVIEW软件，开发了数据采集和数据分析、处理程序。通过试验对系统进行验证，结果显示该系统满足实时监测的要求。
