摘    要:采用激光氧气切割和机械加工两种方式加工超低碳钢板坯,激光拼板焊接后.对焊缝的力学性能,宏观、微观组织形貌,以及硬度进行了比较。结果发现各方面性能差别不太,可以在大批量的工业生产中用效率更高的激光氧气切割代替机械切割。

Abstract:After processesing the plaits by oxygen-aided laser cutting and mechanical cutting individually ,the mechanics performance, metallographie characterization and rigidity of different welding joints are compared.No significant difference has been figured out, which suggests the feasibility of oxygun-aided laser cutting,as its more efficient in large scale production.
