摘    要:国内核电机组设计和制造标准广泛采用ASME规范和RCC-M规则,主设备制造厂通常需遵守两套设计标准制造核一级设备。焊接是核电设备制造中最为关键和重要的工艺方法,从标准结构和标准要求方面,阐述ASME规范和RCC-M规则在定位焊、焊接温度、热处理、见证件等焊接制造要求的异同点,从标准使用者角度对比分析标准应用差异,为制定合理的焊接工艺并满足标准规定奠定基础。

Abstract:The ASME code and RCC-M code are widely used in the design and manufacture of class 1 nuclear power equipment. In general,both of them are used simultaneously in the fabricating of primary device by manufacturer. Welding is the most critical and important process of the nuclear power equipment manufacturing. In this paper,the comparison of the class 1 nuclear component welding in ASME code and RCC-M code is introduced by respect of standard structure,requirement,welding temperature,heat treatment and the weld test coupons. The difference of standard application is analyzed from the perspective of users,which lays a foundation for formulating reasonable welding process.
