摘    要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对中厚板手工对接多道焊的温度场和应力场的分布进行了动态模拟,提出高斯函数和双椭球函数相结合的双热源模型。计算结果与实际结果相对比,两者基本吻合,为中厚板对接焊各项焊接参数的合理选择和优化提供了有效的参考依据。

Abstract:The finite element analysis of temperature fields and stress fields in the butt-wehting of two thiek planes is accomplished based on the ANSYS,It puts forward a double heat sources model combined with Gaussian and double ellipsoidal ruction.It is shown that the simulation results are in good accordance with the actual results.This paper can assist people to choose the right welding parameters in butt-welding effectively.
