虚拟仪器技术在焊接过程实时检测与分析中的应用现状

摘    要:针对虚拟仪器技术在焊接过程自动化控制和质量分析中的广泛应用,介绍了虚拟仪器的构成。根据虚拟仪器与焊接过程的结合方式,从焊接过程的电信号分析、视觉信号评价、热循环过程测量、电弧声信号提取、远程网络化管理五个方面的数据分析和控制技术的研究现状进行了综述。表明多传感器多信息融合的同步分析是目前焊接自动化和在线控制的发展趋势,从而证实了虚拟仪器技术在焊接过程实时分析中的重要性和应用价值。

Abstract:This article aimed at in recent years virtual instrument technology in control and quality analysis of welding automatic process in a wide range of applications,introduces the structure of virtual instrument.Based on the virtual instrument and combining method of welding process,and five aspects,including the welding process electrical signal analysis,visual signal evaluation,thermal cycling process measurement,arc sound signal extraction and remote network management of data collection and analysis techniques were reviewed in this paper.Show multiple signal,multi-sensor synchronization analysis is currently the welding automation and online control development tendency.Affirmed the importance and value of virtual instrument technique on real-time inspect and analyse of welding.
