摘    要:提出了基于粒子群优化的焊接进给工作台位置PID控制。焊接进给工作台是焊机伺服系统的重要组成部分,其位置控制对提高焊接质量具有重要意义。采用简单高效的PID控制算法,但由于焊接伺服系统具有非线性等特点,使得PID控制器参数调整困难,传统的齐格勒—尼柯尔斯法则参数整定效果不佳。粒子群算法是一种全局优化算法,可以有效地实现PID参数整定,因此,在Simulink软件下建立进给工作台位置控制模型,采用粒子群算法来实现PID参数的调整,并进行了仿真。仿真结果显示,基于粒子群优化的PID控制器具有超调量小、精度高的特点,控制效果明显好于齐格勒—尼柯尔斯法则。

Abstract:PID control of feed table positioner was propose for welding based on particle swarm optimization.Welding feed table is an important part of the welding servo system,and its positioning control was of great significance to improve the welding quality,so a simple and efficient PID control algorithm was used.However,due to the welding servo system with nonlinear characteristics,the PID controller parameter adjustment was not easy,traditional Ziegler-Nichols rule parameter tuning was often ineffective.The particle swarm algorithm was a global optimization algorithm,Which can effectively achieve the PID parameter tuning.After feed table positioner control system was modelled by simulink software,Particles particle swarm was used to achieve the adjustment of the PID parameters and simulation was carried out.The simulation results show that the PID controller based on particle swarm optimization has a small overshoot and high accuracy,Control effect is better than that based on the Ziegler-Nichols method.
