智能优化算法及其在焊接优化设计领域的应用

摘    要:在焊接工艺中,优化设计已经涉及到各个领域,但传统的优化算法往往优化效果不佳,智能优化算法特别是遗传算法已经逐步地应用到焊接优化领域,并成为一个重要的研究方向。在对焊接相关文献进行系统研究的基础上,阐述了焊接优化设计领域应用较为广泛的遗传算法、模拟退火算法和群集算法(蚁群算法和粒子群算法)等几种智能优化算法的基本原理,介绍了智能优化算法在焊接领域组合优化、自动控制、生产调度和图像处理等方面的应用情况。对智能优化算法在焊接优化设计领域应用的未来研究方向进行了展望。
