船用钢结构的激光焊接以及激光-MAG复合焊接

摘    要:讨论了激光焊接和激光-MAG激光复合焊接技术及其在造船业中的最新进展,简要对比了带筋壁板结构的激光焊接特点和激光-MAG复合焊接的特点,并介绍了TWI在造船业采用激光焊接技术的研究进展.研究显示,使用光纤传输的Nd:YAG激光在造船业筋板结构焊接中有较大潜力.相对于激光焊接而言,激光-MAG复合焊接制造带筋铜结构有几个方面的优点:焊缝成形好,焊接生产率高,装配间隙的容许偏差较大.在焊接过程中,监测传感器有助于探测诱发焊接缺陷产生的各种因素.

Abstract:Discussed the new development of laser welding and laser-MAG compound welding technology,compares the characteristic of laser welding and laser-MAG compound welding of stiffener constructer,and introuduces the development of laser welding technics in shipbuilding of TWI.The result shows that the Nd:YAG laser with fibre-optical transfer have the greater potential in stiffener's welding is shipbuilding industry.Compare to laser welding,laser-MAG compound welding stiffener constructure have some advantages,such as the appearance of weld is fine,the efficency is high and the allowed assembling gap deviation is greater.Also,the sensor help detect the various which inducing the welding defect in process.
