电阻点焊单片微机控制器的研究

摘    要:本文研究采用单片计算机控制电阻点焊过程的新型控制装置。文中详细介绍控制装置的主要功能、控制原理、控制器结构、控制程序及监控效果。采用该控制器可保证焊接电流稳定,焊接电流波动小于2%,控制器对焊接电流可采用实际焊接电流值进行设定,可检测焊机的最大焊接电流及焊接回路的功率因数角,能有效地补偿因电极磨损对焊接质量的影响。控制器还具有再通电、出错检测、接点数记录与控制、通电互锁、多组规范参数的设定及断电保护等功能。

Abstract:A new type of resistance spot welding controller using single-chip microcomputer is studide in this paper. It introduces the main function, principle of control, construction of the controller, control program and results in details. Consistent welding current can be maintained using this controller. The variation of current is under 2%, The welding current can be preset as direct value of current, The controller can test the maximum current and the power facter of load. It can compensate for the electrode wear which effect the weld quality. Beside these,It has many other function,Such as"welding again",selfexamination, weld number record and control,interlock,multi-group parameter preset and storage when electric failure.
