钢板边部小纵裂纹控制与探讨

摘    要:采用对比试验、数据统计、电镜扫描等方法进行了富含Nb、V、Al元素钢板边部小纵裂纹的研究,总结出了控制边部小纵裂纹的措施。研究结果表明:最有效的技术措施是铸坯冷送、强化铸机设备管理、加强钢水氮的控制、提高钢水纯净度、合适的二冷制度。

Abstract:The article researches exiguous longitudinal crack at margin of steel plate with high alloy elements of Nb,V,Al,etc.by taking contrast test,data statistics,electron microscope scan,etc.and summarized measures to control the aforementioned cracks.The results showed that the most effective measures are slab cold delivery,intensified casting machine management,improvement of nitrogen control level,raising purity of molten steel and appropriate second cooling curve.
