| 摘 要： | 阐述了液压系统使用闭环控制的等同方式具有精度高的特点;自动控制的自适应复合PID算法能很好地适应非线性对象。采取的控制策略在酒钢板坯连铸机上进行应用,完全可以满足结晶器双侧垂直位移差不超过0.1 mm的要求,动作响应快。理论与实践表明:控制策略选择合理,系统运行稳定可靠。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced characteristics of high accuracy of hydraulic system which uses equative mode of closed-loop control;and PID automatic control of complex adaptive algorithm can adapt well to non-linear objects.The control strategy is used in the slab continuous casting machine of JISCO,that can fully satisfy the requirement of bilateral vertical displacement not to be more than 0.1mm and to action-respond quickly.Theory and Practice show that a reasonable choice of control strategy ensures stable and ... |
